For a crazy amount of physical damage plus bleed buildup on an arcane build, infuse it with Sepukku aow and convert to to an Occult weapon.A good alternative to the above-mentioned strategy in NG (since you can only get one Godskin Peeler per NG-cycle) is a Blood Godskin Peeler and Eleonora's Poleblade, dual-wielded, fully upgraded.

A full 2H charged R2 combo will do 300 bleed, if you can get it off. This will trivialize any boss not immune to bleed even in NG+ and beyond. In 1.09 this will do about 200 bleed, which is still good, but nerfed significantly.

In NG+ if you obtain it a second time and upgrade that one as well to +25 Blood and dual-wield them, a jumping attack will hit 4x, applying a whopping 480 bleed build-up per jumping attack.
At +25 with Blood affinity and at 40 Arcane, the bleed build-up per hit is more than 120. This weapon has a unique R2 and running R2 that utilize the winding spike end. Godskin Peeler can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones. This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War and buffed with magic. Dropped by Godskin Apostle at Windmill Village, Altus Plateau. Where to Find Godskin Peeler in Elden Ring Much skill is required to wield this weapon due to its asymmetric nature. One end features a sickle for slicing attacks while the other boasts a winding spike for boring into flesh. Unique twinblade wielded by Godskin Apostles characterized by its disturbing design.
